Pickup Policy

Thank you for supporting The Chipley Tiger store by Kate Smith PTO! All orders placed through our online store are for local pickup only — we do not offer shipping at this time.

1. Pickup & Delivery Options

At checkout, you will be asked to choose one of the following delivery methods:

a. Pickup at Kate Smith Elementary School

• Orders can be picked up at the school during designated times.

• You will receive an email with pickup instructions once your order is ready.

b. Pickup at The Westerner

• Convenient off-campus pickup option located at:
  📍 The Westerner – 1095 Highway 90 Chipley, Florida

• You’ll be notified by email when your order is available for pickup there.

c. Delivery to a Student at Kate Smith Elementary

• Orders may be sent home with a student.

• You must provide the student’s full name and teacher’s name during checkout to ensure proper delivery.

• Please note: Kate Smith PTO is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items after delivery to the student.
   

2. Pickup Timeframe

Orders are typically ready for pickup within [7-14 business days] after your purchase. You will receive a notification when your order is ready.

Please do not come to the school for pickup until you've received a confirmation email.
 

3. Pickup Instructions

• Bring a copy of your order confirmation (email or printed).

• If someone else is picking up your order, please contact us with their name in advance.
   

4. No Shipping Available

We currently do not offer shipping. All sales are local pickup only through Kate Smith Elementary. If you're unable to pick up your order, please contact us as soon as possible to make alternate arrangements.
