Thank you for supporting Kate Smith PTO! We’re a volunteer-led organization and appreciate your help in raising funds for our school. Please read our shop policies below before placing an order.
Understanding Our Shop Policies
🛒 Orders & Payments

All sales are final once an order is placed.

We accept secure online payment via credit/debit card and other methods as offered at checkout.

Please double-check your order details (sizes, student name, etc.) before submitting.
📦 Pickup & Delivery Options
We do not offer shipping. All orders must be received through local pickup or school delivery.
At checkout, choose one of the following:
1. Pickup at Kate Smith Elementary School

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready. Pickup times and instructions will be included.
2. Pickup at The Westerner

A convenient off-campus pickup location. We’ll notify you by email when your order is ready.
3. Delivery to a Student at Kate Smith

Enter the student’s full name and teacher’s name at checkout. Orders will be delivered directly to the classroom.

Kate Smith PTO is not responsible for items lost or misplaced after classroom delivery.
🔁 Refunds & Exchanges
Because our products are often custom-printed or pre-ordered:

We do not offer refunds or returns.

Exchanges may be offered on a limited basis (e.g., wrong size sent by mistake). Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, let us know and we’ll make it right.

We take your privacy seriously. We do not sell or share your personal information.
